Briefing walk

We walk your apartment or townhouse, listen for river noise, and note tile conditions. A short brief memo follows within a few days.

Concept

Plans and material direction arrive together. One revision round keeps decisions moving without endless forks.

Coordination

We introduce trades when needed and align styling with their programme. You remain the contract holder with builders unless otherwise agreed.

Styling install

Furniture placement, textiles, and final lamp positions happen with you present when possible. We photograph for your records, not for pressure to publish.

Handover

Care sheets cover tile cleaning and wood oiling through seasons. Questions in the first month are welcome by email.
